I have looked everywhere in my town. I cannot find ANY Paneer, natural whole food store, international store. I am soooo mad cuz I love it in Korma like I had at Indian restaurants. I’ll eventually find a place or make it myself I guess.
Hey I am not sure if that will work.. soft cheese I mean. Tofu (bean curd) is the best replacement for paneer. Halloumi cheese is another closer replacment

No, tofu is soybean curd. Paneer is a milk product.
