Oooh i had that same chile verde recipe last night! (except it was made with prok instead of chicken and no corn) and it was wonderful! I was wondering though, one time while i was at a raiders football game, i purchased a pulled pork sandwich. it was just pork on bread but it was Sooooo wonderful! So, can you tell me how long and how high i should cook the meat, and what cut of pork to get a good pulled pork sandwich. Im sorry if this comment was very long and kinda off topic.
