You aren’t making them from scratch if you BUY TORTILLAS, cut them up and bake them. It saddens me that, as a restaurant owner, you consider this from scratch. Would make me really wonder about your restaurant…but it is Camas which is TINY, so maybe you can get away with that there. Please change your title and take out the “from scratch” or redo it, and MAKE tortillas from scratch and then turn them into chips. Just a thought…I think you are losing credibility as a restaurateur.
