Cooking a Prime Rib at 280 degrees for inside temp 120. How long will it take to cook?

Sharon G asked: I have a prime rib that is 10 3/4 pound with 5 or 6 ribs. What I’m trying to figure out is cooking at 280 degrees and to be done at 120 degrees how many hours will it take.

Can you use breadmaker recipes other than the recipes that come with the breadmaker?

Does cooking food in a microwave still retain the goodness?

Dean asked: the same as conventional cooking?
Many things taste the same, some things taste better cooked in a microwave, and it’s much quicker. I just wondered if they destroy nutrients in food though?
I do conventional cooking as well but often use the microwave for quickness, or combination of the two methods.Milton
